  We enjoyed Ramon's so much we ended up going to dinner twice in a row there. We're staying a few nights in Pagosa Springs and are always look for good Mexican. The service was fantastic, friendly and fast! You know a good Mexican restaurant when they take the time to make the refried beans delicious. The El Carbon was perfectly marinated and the margaritas were top notch. Enjoy!

  Really good! We had the fajitas. They were very tasty. I had a margarita as well. It was yummy. Great service. Will definitely be back.

  This is the best mexican restaurant in town. I've been coming here for years. They have good service, the BEST margaritas in town, and delicious food. Sorry for the Tex-Mex people, but this is Colorado! Hands down, the best!
