  In order to do this place justice, I would need to put a -1. When we went to order, we were told they were out of 7-8 items. Wednesday night out of that many items=incredibly poor management. Ordered a beer taster, they were out of 1 of them. Ordered spinach artichoke dip, it came out pretty quickly and was very good. About 20 minutes after we ordered, a guy comes out to inform us they don't have any more baked potatoes for my wife's order. No problem, we keep waiting. After 50 minutes from the time we ordered, the waiter informs us they don't have another one of our entrees and therefore haven't even started cooking our order!! 50 minutes to tell us, it's now 9:00 and no dinner. All the while, we get the excuse of how busy they have been....THEN ORDER MORE FOOD FOR THE BUSIEST WEEK OF THE YEAR!! So, it's 9:00 and we leave with no dinner. The most amazing part is that when we left the bar and walked through the entry area, I looked back into the dining room and it WAS EMPTY. So, why did it take 50 minutes to tell us that they are incredibly bad at their jobs and unprepared. Don't waste your time here unless you are a competent manager who's putting in an application.

  Ordered the burger special and it came out raw. Asked for a better cooked burger and 30 minutes later we did not have anything. Husband already finished his meal and when asked about the burger, waitress said they had cooked the wrong one and it would be a little longer. Service was not good.

  I LOVE PAGOSA BREWING! The owners obviously take a lot of pride in their business, as Pagosa Brewing is a warm welcoming pub and grill. They have super delicious food, AMAZING beer and overall they have great & personalized service! The food is clearly made with high quality ingredients...try the Spinach & Artichoke Dip (yum!) and the Mac & Cheese (double yum)!
  
  I was pleasantly surprised last year when I saw that their huge expansion and major upgrade of the entire facility has been completed -- and I LOVE the new look (and the new menu)!
  
  Whenever I come to Pagosa Springs, this is the first place we go (and where we go for most of the meals that we eat out). Given that they have expanded space and food choices now, I'll have to arrange to get to Pagosa Springs more frequently!
